On March 13, it initiated another Section 301 investigation against China and 59 other economies, alleging 'failure to effectively prohibit the import of products made with forced labor.' China is strongly dissatisfied and firmly opposes these actions. Moving forward, the Ministry of Commerce will advance investigations into U.S. trade barriers in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law and the Rules on Foreign Trade Barrier Investigations.
