Identifying Liquidity: A Brief Discussion on what "Trendline Liquidity" means
If you can't see where the liquidity is, then you are liquidity
It has been almost a year since I introduced the concept of 'Stop Hunt' to everyone,
If you still don't know what Stop Hunt is, you can refer to the following quote first,
I will also organize relevant resources at the end of this article.
In this article, I will share with you another common form of liquidity :
//
Firstly, if you are an old friend of Mr. Berg, then you are definitely not unfamiliar with liquidity.
My trading system can be mainly divided into two parts:
one ️⃣ Spot: Cyclical trading, targeting bull and bear cycles, based on on on chain analysis
two ️⃣ Contract: Wave trading based on liquidity, taker, and maker analysis
And today's main topic of discussion is 2 ️⃣ The term 'liquidity' in Chinese.
In my past dozens of technical analysis posts, the liquidity that I most frequently mention is,
It's nothing more than 'Equal lows' and' Equal highs',
That is to say, the "very close needle tip low and high points" that appear on the online platform,
These nearly horizontal needle tips are the classic areas of fluid accumulation.
Today, I would like to introduce to you another very common form of liquidity,
That is to say, 'Trendline Liquidity':
Composed of a series of lower highs or higher lows
It is also a type of liquidity aggregation zone that has a gravitational effect on prices
The effectiveness is only second to equal highs/equal lows
As mentioned above, its position in trading decisions is mainly of an "auxiliary nature"
Same as all other liquidity types: no longer need to observe after cleaning
The principle of Trendline Liquidity is very simple :
one ️⃣ Assuming it is a series of lower highs (as shown in the upper left corner of the attached figure):
When the price reaches this area, assuming there is no breakthrough to the highest needle tip in one breath,
There is also a high probability that the second and third highest needle tips will form a new equal height,
And equal heights are also liquid aggregation areas, in other words: they also have gravitational effects.
two ️⃣ Assuming it is a series of higher lows (as shown below in the attached figure):
Similarly, when the price reaches this region, assuming that it does not fall below the lowest needle tip in one breath,
There is a high probability that the second and third highest needle tips will form new equal lows,
And these equal lows are also liquid aggregation areas with gravitational effects.
In the technical analysis posts I usually share, I often draw trendline liquidity,
I usually use 'diagonal trend line with $symbol attached' as a marker,
I randomly picked up a few previous posts as examples, and friends in need can refer to them themselves:

Finally, if you are a friend who is new to my liquidity trading system,
My suggestion is to start understanding from the most basic level of equal highs/lows,
As mentioned earlier, trendline liquidity itself is more like an auxiliary property,
In terms of learning sequence, understanding the principle of Stop Hunt is the true core.
The above is today's content, hoping to be helpful to everyone;
If you want to delve deeper into the concepts of Stop Hunt, liquiduity, taker, and maker,
I will organize relevant reading resources at the end of the article for friends in need to study;
If you have any questions during the process, please feel free to communicate in the comment section below. The old rule is to answer all questions
