Eightco increases its stake in OpenAI by $40 million, with a total investment of $90 million

On March 20th, Eightco announced an increase in its stake in OpenAI worth $40 million, bringing its total investment in OpenAI to $90 million. Eightco recently appointed Tom Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, as a member of its board of directors. Tom Lee is also the largest public holder of the World native token WLD, a cryptocurrency project. On March 12th, Eightco Holdings announced a funding commitment of $125 million, led by BitMine.
