Capital B, along with TOBAM and UTXO Management, has completed a € 3 million financing round

On March 17th, French listed company Capital B announced a joint financing of 3 million euros with TOBAM and UTXO Management, and adjusted the conversion prices of the A-03, A-04, and A-05 convertible bonds subscribed by TOBAM to accelerate Capital B's Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy.
