Early this morning, the tragic tycoon exchanged a whopping $5000w USDT for only $3.6w AAVE, and the truth is disputed. I have analyzed the address and can preliminarily rule out two options: 1. Washing rice (almost impossible) Firstly, his funds were raised from Binance. For such a large amount of funds, if the exchange allows him to withdraw in one go, hiding the source does not require this high cost method. Secondly, why is the cost high? The funds flow like this: 5000w USDT is first converted into ETH through Uniswap, and then converted into AAVE through Sushiswap. The first step is to convert USDT to ETH, resulting in an angry loss of 12M; (≈ pulling ETH) Step 2: ETH becomes AAVE, losing 38M in anger. (≈ Pull AAVE) These two steps are completely public, facing all MEV BOT arbitrage across the entire network, MEV is responsible for smashing the price back. These MEV bots have intense bidding and are likely to have to bribe most of their profits to ETH nodes in order to win priority accounting rights. Final profit: ETH nodes>MEV robots>AAVE commission>Cowswap. This dispersed profit distribution is too worn out for washing rice. And the ultimate beneficiary can easily penetrate and investigate which ETH node made the majority of profits with a little effort. However, this is also good news for large investors, as most ETH nodes are publicly available, and perhaps some money can be recovered through negotiation. 2. Lobster substitute exercise (low possibility) AAVE founder Stani @ StaniKulechov said that large investors operate through mobile phones. Normally, lobster openclaw is accessed through the web or API, not on a mobile phone. Although we currently do not know how AAVE learned that this transaction was completed through a mobile phone, we can rule out some suspicion. I also don't think any organization would allow 50M to be placed under lobster management.
