Colombia finalize draft of digital asset regulation law

Colombia has finalized a draft law on digital asset regulation, defining digital assets as representative of other assets rather than currency. The central bank will be responsible for regulating stablecoins, while the financial regulatory authority will oversee virtual asset service providers.
