Fabric Foundation announces the launch date of ROBO application portal

Fabric Foundation announced on X platform that the ROBO application portal will be launched on February 27th at 17:00 (UTC+8), and eligible users who have signed the terms and conditions can apply for ROBO before 11:00 (UTC+8) on March 13th.
