[Bluprynt Completes $4.25 Million Seed Round Financing, Coinbase Ventures, Robinhood Among Investors]
According to The Block, crypto disclosure company Bluprynt has completed an oversubscribed $4.25 million seed round financing, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Robinhood, and Valor Capital Group. Individual investors such as Selah Ventures, Quona Capital, and Nubank co-founder Edward Wible also joined the round.
The company was founded by Georgetown University professor Christopher J. Brummer and aims to provide simplified global compliance solutions for digital assets. Brummer likens the company's business to 'tax software for the compliance sector,' helping banks, asset management institutions, stablecoin issuers, and payment companies bring core operations on-chain within regulated frameworks.
Previous pre-seed round investors include former CFTC Chairman Chris Giancarlo and entrepreneur Mark Cuban.
