IoTeX L1 resumes online and completes upgrade operation

IoTeX officially announced that L1 has resumed online and completed the upgrade operation after being hacked due to suspected private key leakage. The new version v2.3.4 adds a default blacklist function, which can automatically filter malicious EOA addresses to enhance network security. The compensation plan for the previously affected bridging users is expected to be announced within 24 hours.
