Bitdeer plans to issue convertible senior notes to raise $300 million

Bitdeer announced that it will raise $300 million through the issuance of convertible senior notes based on market conditions and other factors, and plans to grant initial buyers the option to purchase up to $45 million in additional principal within 13 days of the initial issuance of the notes.
