Kraken acquires token management platform Magna, transaction completed

Cryptocurrency trading platform Kraken announced that it has acquired token management platform Magna, and the transaction was completed last Friday. Kraken did not disclose specific terms, and this is its sixth transaction in the past year, including the acquisition of US futures platform NinjaTrader for $1.5 billion in March of this year.
