Recently, a large number of articles have been published on X, and I have also seen content that is clearly aimed at selling traffic, which feels a bit biased. As we discussed before, the attention economy either comes from recognizing viewpoints or following charm, rather than general traffic. Traffic is only the foundation of attention and influence, but not everything. A viewpoint that is not well understood is highly recognized: the winners of the AI era are not those who can use AI, but those who have pricing power. What is pricing power? It's not 'what I can do', but 'what others need to get through me'. Distribution channels, trust relationships, scarce resources, and network effects are the sources of pricing power. Distribution channels, trust relationships, scarce resources, and network effects correspond to recognition. Without recognition, there is no linking ability, let alone influence. Essentially, it is the monetization of influence. Influence still comes from the recognition of viewpoints and the pursuit of charm, rather than widespread traffic. People with pricing power can use AI to amplify leverage: their 1-hour output can be amplified by 100 times. People without pricing power are suppressed in bargaining by AI: their 1-hour output depreciates to 1/10 of its original value. AI will not make everyone powerful. It will make the strong stronger and the weak eliminated.
