Inveniam merges with MEASA Partners to focus on tokenized physical asset markets

Inveniam, a provider of decentralized data infrastructure, has reached a merger agreement with MEASA Partners, an investment and advisory platform, to focus on the revenue based physical asset (RWA) markets such as real estate, infrastructure, and private credit. After the merger, MEASA Partners will be responsible for the Inveniam Capital business unit, providing compliant private equity RWA solutions for institutional and digital investors. Inveniam will combine its Smart Provence decentralized data architecture with MEASA's sovereign and institutional networks in the Middle East and globally to achieve real-time pricing of private equity assets, quantitative portfolio optimization, and liquidity aggregation across compliant digital markets. It will also promote AI based proxy asset management and systematic trading in markets such as Abu Dhabi.
