Michael Saylor claims that selling 1.4% of asset credit instruments can increase BTC holdings

Michael Saylor stated in an interview with a Middle East television program that if MicroStrategy sells credit instruments equivalent to 1.4% of its capital assets, it can pay MSTR dividends and permanently increase its BTC holdings.
