CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost stated that as of February 6th, the market is approaching the level of loss making supply during the 2022 bear market. In November 2022, approximately 10.5 million bitcoins were in a loss making state, currently over 9.5 million bitcoins are in a loss making state, and approximately 10.4 million bitcoins are still in a profitable state. Darkfost pointed out that the market may face a situation where the number of Bitcoin losses and profitable holdings is roughly equivalent. The last time a similar situation occurred was at the end of the bear market in 2022, and this adjustment is significant, with a rapid increase in the supply of losses.
