Yi Boss reduces his holdings of 404600 ETH, but still holds 247000 ETH on the chain

On chain data shows that Mr. Yi has reduced his holdings of 404600 ETH, with an average price of $2071. Today, he transferred 216000 ETH (approximately $411 million) to Binance. The 651500 ETH previously purchased for $3180 has been reduced by two-thirds, and currently 247000 ETH (approximately $476 million) and $321 million in loans are still held on the chain.
