Binance SAFU Fund's BTC holdings shrink by 15%, with USDC reserves still at $800 million

On February 6th, on chain data showed that due to the continuous decline of Bitcoin, the current BTC holding value of Binance SAFU fund has shrunk by 15%, leaving a remaining $170 million. The fund still has USDC reserves of $800 million and will continue to buy to maintain a position value of over $1 billion.
