According to a report from TD Securities, the rebound of the US dollar may bring an end to the recent strong trend of the pound against the US dollar GBP/USD. Analysts said that the previous rise in the pound was mainly due to the comprehensive sell-off of the US dollar, and the first quarter is usually a period of strong US data performance, with a possible rebound of the US dollar against the pound. On Thursday, the Bank of England narrowly decided to keep interest rates unchanged, coupled with growing concerns in the market about the leadership challenge of British Prime Minister Stamer, causing the pound to fall 0.7% against the US dollar GBP/USD to 1.3548.
