Nevada court rejects committee's application to block Coinbase contract launch

Paul Grewal, Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase, stated in a post on X platform that the Nevada Control Board had applied to the court to unilaterally block Coinbase from listing sports related or other types of activity contracts in Nevada, and did not provide opportunities for debate. Today, the court rejected the request, and Paul Grewal stated that due process requires at least an opportunity for a hearing.
