Venezuelan police arrested Rosa Mar í a Gonz á lez, a suspect in the Generaci ó n Zoe fraud case, in San Cristobal. The case resulted in investors losing at least $120 million. Leonardo Cositorto, the head of Generaci ó n Zoe, has stated that Rosa Mar í a Gonz á lez fled with 611 bitcoins worth approximately $56 million after the project collapsed in 2022. The investigation shows that Generaci ó n Zoe attracted investors with a promised yield of up to 7.5%, which is actually a Ponzi scheme. Rosa Mar í a Gonz á lez is suspected of planning a new fraud project during her escape, promising a minimum investment of $1000 and a monthly return rate of 5%. Diplomatic relations between Argentina and Venezuela are tense, and the transfer process is facing difficulties.
