The company plans to use the funds to promote the distribution of agency clearing services and the development of on-chain securities products. As a FINRA member and SEC-registered broker-dealer, Prometheum Capital is authorized to provide digital asset custody, clearing, and settlement services. It is currently establishing its first agency clearing relationships to provide brokers with access to participate in the digital asset market.
