Buy 45319 ETH from 2 Ethereum addresses that have been dormant for 5 years

According to Lookonchain monitoring, two Ethereum addresses (0xC3fe... 31e4 and 0x34d1... 4Ac1) that have been dormant for 5 years have purchased ETH through a revolving lending method. These two addresses deposited 44490 ETH worth $98.3 million into Aave, then lent out 104 million USDT and bought 45319 ETH at an average price of $2295.
