Lighter collaborates with Axiom to launch EVM Rollup compatible with native systems

Lighter has announced a partnership with Axiom to launch the Lighter EVM, an EVM equivalent Rollup that is interoperable with the native system of Lighter. The Lighter EVM supports universal applications to combine with the Lighter market and liquidity in a low latency manner, with security provided by OpenVM zkVM, while maintaining compatibility with the core financial engine of Lighter, which supports trading platforms and spot trading functions.
