Zcash Foundation announces strategic priorities and activity plan for 2026

The Zcash Foundation has released its 2026 strategic priorities, including improving Zebra performance and advancing the Z3 technology stack to replace zcashd, continuing to advance FROST threshold signature schemes and introducing distributed key generation protocols, and promoting privacy protection assistance programs to explore identity solutions based on zero knowledge proofs. In addition, the foundation plans to hold three events: Zcomm online on March 24th, Zcash Dev Summit in Rome, Italy on May 8th, and Zcon7 in Cancun, Mexico from October 27th to 29th.
