Social NFT platform Rodeo announces gradual closure and development of asset migration plan

Rodeo, a social NFT platform, announced that it will gradually shut down, becoming the second NFT platform to announce its closure this week. The platform was launched through the Apple iOS Store in March last year, focusing on a social centered NFT collection experience. The co-founder and CEO stated that the platform cannot continue to operate due to the failure to achieve the scale growth required for sustainable operation. Rodeo will operate normally from January 27th to February 10th, then switch to read-only mode and completely shut down on March 10th. The platform has developed a user asset and data migration plan, including support for transferring media and metadata to the storage platform Arweave, and providing an asset migration assistant to assist users in transferring assets from smart contracts.
