Framework Ventures claims ETH may surpass BTC within 1 to 2 years

Vance Spencer, co-founder of Framework Ventures, stated in an article on the X platform that if the status quo is maintained, ETH will become the only encrypted asset with quantum security and surpass BTC within 1 to 2 years.
