River completes $12 million strategic financing with participation from Maelstrom Fund and others

River announced the completion of a $12 million strategic funding round, with investors including Tron DAO, Justin Sun, Maelstrom Fund founded by Arthur Hayes, The Spartan Group, and several Nasdaq listed companies in the United States and Europe. This round of financing will be used to expand River's presence in both EVM and non EVM ecosystems, covering multiple networks such as TRON and Sui, and driving the construction of on chain liquidity infrastructure.
