After legal review, the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution against 30 defendants, including Sui Guangyi and Ma Xiaoqiu, for using Shenzhen Dingyifeng Asset Management Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Dingyifeng International Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and their affiliated companies to commit illegal fundraising crimes in Shenzhen and other places, on charges of suspected fundraising fraud, illegal absorption of public deposits, money laundering, etc., to the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province. The Futian Branch of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau previously reported that "Dingyifeng" and its affiliated companies have issued false wealth management products and "DDO digital options" (belonging to "air coins"), engaged in illegal activities, and the related assets involved have been sealed, seized, and frozen.
