The ultimate beneficial owner and registered holder who hold at least one DJT stock will be eligible to receive tokens and related incentives. The company reminds that if shareholders are designated as "dissenting beneficial owners", it may affect information sharing. It is recommended that shareholders contact a broker to confirm their identity as "non dissenting beneficial owners" (NOBO), or transfer their shares to the company's designated direct registration account. After the registration date, the company will cooperate with Crypto.com to complete token minting, blockchain registration, and asset custody.
