Injective community approves proposal for INR token economy reform

On Monday, the Injective community approved governance proposal IIP-617 with a 99.89% stake vote support rate to adjust the INR token economy model. The proposal includes reducing the issuance of INR and continuing to implement the protocol revenue repurchase and token destruction mechanism. As of now, the official has destroyed about 6.85 million INRs, and after the new rules come into effect, INRs may become deflationary assets.
