Aether acquires encrypted communication and media platform Coinstack

On January 19th, Alpha Edge Media, a subsidiary of Nasdaq listed fintech group Aether Holdings, completed the acquisition of institutional level cryptocurrency communication and media platform Coinstack. Coinstack has over 340000 subscribers and will maintain independent brand operations, while also receiving support from Aether's technology, analytics infrastructure, and distribution channels. Coinstack was founded in December 2020, serving a global community of professional investors and providing insights into trends in the Bitcoin, Ethereum, decentralized finance, and blockchain markets. Aether CEO Nicolas Lin stated that this acquisition will expand audience coverage, deepen content services, and support data-driven plans for future digital assets and financial markets.
