Ethereum daily trading volume hits new high, gas fee drops to historic low

According to data from The Block, the seven day moving average transaction volume of Ethereum is close to 2.5 million, setting a new historical high and almost double that of the same period last year. The average transaction gas fee is about $0.15, which is the lowest level in the modern history of the network. Etherscan data shows that the average gas fee for Sunday swap transactions is approximately $0.04.
