Pantera Capital and Ondo Finance transfer over 200 million ONDOs to multi signature addresses

Arkham monitoring data shows that Pantera Capital wallet and Ondo Finance have recently transferred over 200 million ONDOs (approximately $80 million) to the multi signature address "0x5240", which has transferred approximately 4 million ONDOs to Binance and distributed tens of millions of ONDO tokens to Coinbase, OKX, and Kraken through intermediate wallets.
