Trump denies offering the position of Federal Reserve Chairman to JPMorgan CEO Damon

US President Trump stated on social media that the front page article of The Wall Street Journal claiming that he had offered the position of Federal Reserve Chairman to JPMorgan CEO Jamie Damon was purely fabricated and that he had never made such an invitation. Trump also revealed that he will sue JPMorgan Chase in the next two weeks because the bank terminated its banking dealings with him after the January 6th protests. In addition, he denied any intention of nominating Jamie Damon as Secretary of the Treasury and stated that the current Secretary of the Treasury, Bessent, has performed exceptionally well.
