Ethereum ACDE Conference Confirms Details of Glamsterdam Upgrade

On January 16th, the 228th Ethereum Executive Core Developers Conference (ACDE) discussed issues related to the upgrade of Glamsterdam, including delaying the decision on EIP-7843 (slot opcode) within the scope of BALs Devnet-2, rejecting seven proposed EIPs to be included in Glamsterdam, and considering EIP-7954 (contract size adjusted from 24KB to 32KB). The meeting decided to continue advancing the upgrade details of Glamsterdam, with the goal of quickly locking in the scope.
