Alpaca completes $150 million financing, valued at $1.15 billion

Fintech infrastructure provider Alpaca has completed a $150 million Series D financing, valued at $1.15 billion, led by Drive Capital, Citadel Securities、 Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken and the venture capital department of BNP Paribas participated in the investment. Alpaca also received a $40 million credit line, and its software supports stocks ETF、 Cryptocurrency and other trading services. Co founder and CEO Yoshi Yokokawa stated that Alpaca's annual recurring revenue has exceeded $100 million.
