YO Protocol suffered a loss of approximately 3.7 million US dollars due to an incorrect exchange of YoUSD. On chain data shows that YoVault operators exchanged $3.84 million worth of stkGHO for approximately $112000 worth of USDC, with a price difference of approximately $3.7 million captured by Uniswap v4 liquidity providers. A few hours later, the multi signature wallet purchased approximately 3.71 million GHOs through CoW Swap and re deposited the stkGHOs into the vault to make up for the shortfall. During this period, the YoUSD market on Pendle briefly paused and has now returned to normal.
