Old Glory Bank will go public through SPAC

Crypto friendly bank Old Glory Bank announced that it will go public by merging with blank check company Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. Old Glory Bank originated in Oklahoma, USA, and completed its brand redesign and transformation into a digital bank in 2022. It plans to fully embed cryptocurrency into its loan, deposit, and investment product system in the future.
