[Analysis: Bitcoin's recent pullback is weaker than the previous cycle, optimists bet on a year-end surge to $150,000]
Odaily Planet Daily reports: Hong Kong media outlet Ta Kung Pao published an article titled 'Speculative Nature Fades, Bitcoin Volatility Stabilizes,' which pointed out that Bitcoin's surge in 2025 differs from previous years, with the core reason being the widespread rollout of ETFs. The recent price pullback is relatively small compared to the past four to five years, and this change may be related to the impact of macroeconomic factors on traditional capital operation logic.
Regarding Bitcoin's trend in 2026, there are two opposing views in the market. One camp believes Bitcoin may experience a significant pullback, potentially returning to lower price ranges. The other camp of investors is optimistic about Bitcoin reaching $150,000 by the end of the year and predicts it could hit $250,000 in 2027.
Currently, Bitcoin has essentially completed its entry into the traditional financial landscape, but achieving the level of societal recognition comparable to gold will still require 5 to 10 years.
