[Moody's: Fed Rate Cuts Expected Next Year, But Patience is Needed]
Odaily Planet Daily News - Moody's Chief Economist has issued a warning, stating that although multiple rate cuts may occur in 2026, this is not a signal of prosperity but rather an indication that the economy is in a 'fragile balance.' This peculiar combination points to a gradual and cautious interest rate path in the future, rather than an aggressive rate-cutting cycle. According to data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), only 64,000 jobs were added in November 2025. The agency noted that since April, the 'net change in employment figures has been minimal.'
