A report from Pavlo Palisa on the decisions needed to strengthen our frontline positions and our army. Over the past year, good results have already been achieved in equipping brigades and corps. In particular, a program of direct financial support for combat units is in place, streamlining procurement and frontline supply. A program for the fair distribution of personnel among brigades is also being implemented, and we are now expecting the first detailed reports for December. Further reinforcement of our combat units will follow, as well as our comprehensive counteraction against the enemy, including strengthening of our unmanned capabilities. We are preparing the relevant issues for discussion at the Staff meeting in the near future. I also signed decrees today awarding state honors to our warriors.
