According to Wu Blockchain, @ImperiumPaper posted that the executive compensation levels at Uniswap Foundation (UF) are 'abnormally high,' comparing them to the Optimism Grants Council, which also focuses on grant distribution. PaperImperium stated that the Optimism Grants Council had a grant budget of approximately $63.5 million during a similar period, with $2.14 million allocated for reviewer and follow-up personnel compensation, plus an additional $500,000 for related expenses. They believe UF's compensation is disproportionate to its output, with the cost of its top three executives nearing the total operational cost of the entire Optimism Grants Council, while its grant scale is only about 20% of the latter. Financial statements show that Uniswap Foundation distributed $9.9929 million in grants, while employee compensation expenses reached $4.7943 million, of which $3.8711 million was spent on executive salaries. In 2024, 22% of Uniswap Foundation's total expenditures will go toward executive salaries. https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=54143
