FT's investigation based on leaked internal documents claims that despite Binance's promise to strengthen compliance, its platform still has 'high-risk accounts' continuing to trade, involving links to terror financing, abnormal cross-border logins, and questionable identity verification. Over the past two years, 13 key accounts have traded approximately $1.7 billion, with about $144 million occurring after the plea agreement with the U.S. in November 2023. The report highlights that some accounts exhibited behaviors like suspected 'pass-through' transactions, large symmetrical inflows and outflows, and cross-continent logins within short periods, which should have triggered stricter scrutiny. Binance responded by stating it has implemented strict compliance and a zero-tolerance policy, denying any knowledge or facilitation of illegal activities. https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=53988
