According to WuTalk, the Japanese publicly listed company Metaplanet has submitted Form F-6 to the U.S. SEC, applying to register American Depositary Receipts (ADR). Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas will serve as the depositary bank, with plans to register 200 million ADS (each representing 1 ordinary share), with a nominal size of approximately $10 million.
