We see this kind of thing from time to time before seed/VC funding — but it should never happen after fund raising Which is why governance is so critical for startups — you can avoid 100% of these self inflicted wounds with quarterly board meetings and an outsourced accounting firm 🤷‍♀️ Blame their VCs as well(@jason)
