**[KindlyMD Faces Nasdaq Delisting Risk Due to Stock Price Below $1 for 30 Consecutive Trading Days]**
Odaily Planet Daily reports that healthcare and Bitcoin treasury company KindlyMD (NAKA) is facing the risk of delisting from the Nasdaq exchange as its stock price has remained below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days. According to a filing submitted by the company to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on December 12, KindlyMD must raise its stock price above $1 and maintain it for 10 consecutive trading days by June 8, 2026, to avoid delisting. The stock first fell below $1 in late October and closed at $0.38 on Monday. According to BitcoinTreasuries.net, KindlyMD holds 5,398 Bitcoins (valued at approximately $466 million), making it the 19th largest corporate Bitcoin holder globally. The company was acquired by Nakomoto in August through a reverse merger. Since reaching an all-time high when the transaction was announced in May, the stock has plummeted 99%. (CoinDesk)
