[Ministry of Commerce: Initiating a Sunset Review Investigation on Anti-Dumping Measures Applicable to Imported Polyphenylene Sulfide Originating from Japan, the United States, South Korea, and Malaysia] The Ministry of Commerce has decided to initiate a sunset review investigation on anti-dumping measures applicable to imported polyphenylene sulfide originating from Japan, the United States, South Korea, and Malaysia starting from December 1, 2025. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: Based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Commerce, the Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided that during the period of the sunset review investigation, anti-dumping duties will continue to be imposed on imported polyphenylene sulfide originating from Japan, the United States, South Korea, and Malaysia in accordance with the scope and rates announced in the Ministry of Commerce's Announcement No. 53 of 2020, Announcement No. 34 of 2021, and Announcement No. 26 of 2022.
