A lot of miners agonized over upgrading/flipping their fleet over the past year vs holding on and waiting for a hashprice bull like we've gotten in the past. In retrospect, the clear play was to upgrade the fleet. The smaller (1MW - 5MW) privately owned mining operations that I've talked to recently are STRUGGLING especially if they're running S19 class rigs (which they probably are).
