I used to hear people talk about 'on chain automation', but now I have a feeling: Who knows whether it's running on the chain or on someone's computer. Until I clicked on the Vision beta of @ Talus_Labs myself. at http://vision.talus.network Inside, the interface is similar to a regular workflow tool: drag OpenAI, Walrus, and on chain operations blocks on the left, pull a few lines, and deploy with just one click. The key is that the process is not just pretending to run in the background, but the Leader actually writes the results onto the Sui chain, and the browser can see the records one by one, which is crucial. Write a prompt for OpenAI to generate a paragraph of text ->throw it to Walrus and save it ->finally leave a record on the chain. After deployment, go to Sui browser to see every step of execution, how much fee was deducted, and what content was written, all with traces. This is completely different from the feeling of "clicking and then saying that the project has been done for you" before. So now I have two standards for this type of thing: Can I set up a small process myself to run; Can the on chain events, costs, and permissions match what their white paper says.
