WuTalk has learned that Jupiter has launched a new phase of the 'Fresh Start' reboot plan, initiating a Litterbox burn vote. Currently, the Litterbox Trust has repurchased approximately 130 million JUP (around 4% of the circulating supply) using on-chain revenue, originally planned for DAO use after three years. Recently, the community has expressed concerns about the uncertainty brought by these tokens, so Jupiter has proposed a vote to decide whether to directly burn them.
